Q: Do you have a retail nursery I can visit?
A: Sorry, we don't. This is because we source all our plants to order, direct from the growers to ensure plant health and vitality.

Q: Can I order and pick up?
A: All purchases are delivered directly to your home. We do not have a pick up option during the COVID-19 pandemic. This may change in the future.

Q: Can I see the plants I am ordering?
A: For large purchases, we can arrange images to be sent to you of specific plants you are interested in. However, we have a broad range of images available on our website.

Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: We don’t have minimums. However, our freight charge is a standard charge for all purchases. 

Q: Can I order over the phone?
A: All orders and queries are handled via email. This is because of our extensive product range and various growers, we need to verify all information via email.
